Johanne grew up in South America, West Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, and the United States. She started as a Translator. She fluently speaks 4 languages which makes it very easy to communicate with an international clientele. She has been a Realtor for 20 years and loves matching families with homes and Investors with assets! She became a Broker to be able to answer all the questions our customers and investors always have. Johanne works with a Team of Accountants, Attorneys, Lenders & Specialists that can take care of Buyers & Sellers from all over the world, that have specific needs & statuses.
Johanne is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Board of Realtors, and the Miami Association of Realtors. She is also a Member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. Johanne attends Seminars to stay on the cutting edge of technology for marketing and selling real estate at the highest levels.She joined eXp Realty in 2021 in the midst of the pandemic.
